How does the 50 GB Free plan work?▾
The Free plan gives you 50 GB of cloud storage at ₹0 forever with zero credit card required. Uploads remain active and publicly shareable for 7 days, followed by a 3-day recovery window.
What is the validity period for paid plans?▾
Paid packages (Starter, Creator, Studio, Business, Enterprise) are available on either a fixed 30-day monthly cycle or a 365-day annual term (which includes 2 months free). You can renew at any time from your dashboard, and early renewal always extends your expiry date without losing paid days.
When do renewal reminders start?▾
Renewal reminders begin on Day 23 of your 30-day cycle, with follow-ups on Day 25, 27, and 29. Reminders automatically stop as soon as your renewal payment is recorded.
What is the storage cleanup policy on Day 30?▾
Unrenewed paid subscriptions do not retain customer storage beyond the 30-day paid period. If a renewal payment is not completed by Day 30, files are scheduled for automatic purge. Please renew on or before Day 30 to keep files continuously active.
How is GST calculated?▾
All displayed base prices exclude GST.
