1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards that apply when you upload files, create share links, send file requests, or use Fliqa Sharing, operated by FLIQAINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

Our service is designed for legitimate creative media workflows, client deliverables, and professional digital asset sharing.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content & Behavior

You must not use Fliqa Sharing to store, distribute, transmit, or share:

• Malware & Exploits: Viruses, spyware, trojans, ransomware, or any executable payload intended to damage or hijack remote systems.
• Copyright Infringement: Pirated software, media, music, or films for which you do not possess valid intellectual property distribution rights.
• Illegal or Harmful Material: Content promoting violence, terrorism, illegal arms, narcotics, fraud, phishing, or non-consensual imagery.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Zero tolerance. Any CSAM detected will be reported immediately to law enforcement authorities including cyber crime agencies.
• System Abuse: Attempting to reverse engineer APIs, brute-force password-protected links, enumerate tokens, or overload bandwidth via automated botnets.

3. Enforcement, Link Revocation & Reporting

We employ automated rate-limiting, upload validation, and administrative audit logging to protect platform integrity.

If an account or link is found in violation of this policy, FLIQAINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to immediately disable public access, revoke share links, and terminate the offending user account without notice.
