Data Deletion & Account Removal

1. Your Right to Delete Your Data
At Fliqa Sharing, operated by FLIQAINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we respect your ownership and control over your files. You have the complete right to delete individual files, folders, shared links, or request total account termination and erasure at any time.
2. How File Deletion Works
When you delete a file or folder in your dashboard, it is immediately moved to your Trash. It ceases to be accessible to external recipients, and public share links pointing to it are disabled.
Trashed files remain recoverable for your plan's retention window (e.g. 10 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 60 days on Creator, 90 days on Studio). You can restore files back to your active folders at any time before this window expires.
If you click "Empty Trash" or "Delete forever", or when the retention period expires, our automated cleanup background worker permanently deletes the underlying media objects, WebP thumbnails, version records, and storage blobs from Cloudflare R2 and database records. This action cannot be reversed.
3. How to Request Complete Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your entire account, all uploaded files, personal identity data, session records, and activity logs:
- Send an email from your registered account email address to support@fliqaindia.com.
- Use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]. - Our compliance team will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion and process the request within 30 calendar days.
- Upon completion, all your uploaded assets, metadata, user profile data, and session tokens will be permanently scrubbed from our production servers, Supabase database, and Cloudflare R2 object storage.
